double click on ce nocd fix patch and unzip.
unzip/extract to talonsoft/ce folder once the 
patch is extracted to ce folder all you have 
to do is unzip ce 1.41 patch again into the 
talonsoft/ce folder.now there is a file called 
(ce.exe) it looks like a dos icon and only shows 
as Ce,it is in the talonsoft/ce folder. what u 
have to do is delete your shortcut of the ce icon 
on your desktop looks like eagle.
go back to to talonsoft/ce folder 
and and find Ce.exe ( Ce ) icon the one thats not 
an eagle it looks like a dos icon right click on 
it and scroll down to [ SEND TO ] [Desktop (create shortcut) .now u can 
go to your desktop and their is a shortcut.game works without 
the cd now.to be able to play online with the new nocd 
fix patch you have to go online gamespy and click on ce
game on left to enter room for ce. then on top left it 
says gamespy in small print click that then scroll down 
to options.then click games tab.were it says browse in blue 
text click that.it should say (C:\Program Files\talonsoft\CE) 
find the icon  that shows just ( Ce ) click on it once then click open.
now if you go back to gamespy , options , games tab it should show the
codename eagle as (C:\Program Files\talonsoft\CE\Ce) as the old one used 
           to say (C:\Program Files\talonsoft\CE) see there is an extra Ce 
in the text line.
   
congrads u can now play single and online multiplayer or lan with out cd.
and when u join a game now the the game will work without patch.
